  • 01
    Mixing and granulation
    The metal powder and the bonding agent are uniformly mixed and then granulated. The raw material after granulation is similar to the plastic compound. This process is called feeding.

    Injection molding
    After the feed is heated to the plasticized state, it is injected into the mold cavity with an injection machine to form. At this time, the product is grayish brown, in a semi-plastic state, and can be broken with a little force.

    Degreasing
    Degreasing is the use of chemical or thermal decomposition to remove the binder in the injection blank, leaving only the metal powder. At this time, the product is off-white, in a powder state, and will collapse when touched.

    Sintering
    In a vacuum environment, the product is densified by high temperature and high pressure sintering, and the product becomes a high-density and high-strength metal part.

    Plastic surgery
    Like other processes, MIM parts can be subjected to various types of surface treatments to meet the various needs of different customers.
  • 06
    Inspection shipment
    Various quality monitoring plans are implemented for customers' special size and reliability requirements to ensure quality and quantity shipments.
