Company History | Since 2011 – Metal Injection Molding Milestones

The company's predecessor, Shenzhen Meitai Precision Technology Co., Ltd., was established, focusing on MIM technology R&D. In the same year, it passed ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 system certifications.
2011 - Shenzhen Meitai Established
Successfully onboarded BYD Auto, becoming its MIM component supplier, and formally entered the automotive industry.
2012 - Entered the Automotive Supply Chain
Became a member of the China Powder Metallurgy Industry Association, actively participating in industry technical exchanges and standard setting.
2016 - Joined the Powder Metallurgy Branch
Shanghai Fangchi New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established, with its headquarters in Songjiang. In September of the same year, it passed the three-system certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
2017 - Shanghai Fangchi Established
Through sustained R&D investment and technological innovation, obtained the National High-Tech Enterprise Certification.
2018 - Recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise
Successively passed IATF 16949 (Automotive) and ISO 13485 (Medical) system certifications, and was awarded the government's "Future Star" award.
2019 - Passed Medical and Automotive System Certifications
The number of injection molding machines increased to 24, with daily production capacity exceeding 400,000 pieces (based on Type-C shells), meeting the explosive demand in consumer electronics.
2020 - Expanded Injection Molding Workshop
Established Bengbu Hongda Technology Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 50 million RMB, initiating the construction of a large-scale production base in Anhui.
2021 - Bengbu Hongda Established
Introduced 5 CCD fully automatic inspection machines, achieving high-speed inspection of key dimensions at 700 pieces per hour, significantly improving shipment quality.
2022 - Automation Upgrade
Awarded the title of Shanghai "Specialized and New" (Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative) Small and Medium-sized Enterprise for its unique process capabilities in ultra-thin, ultra-light, and micro MIM parts.
2023 - Recognized as Shanghai "Specialized and New" Enterprise
Established Anhui Fangchi New Material Technology Co., Ltd., adding a new production capacity base, forming a synergistic dual-base layout of Shanghai + Anhui.
2024 - Anhui Fangchi Established
Fully deployed the Manufacturing Execution System, achieving network connectivity for 24 injection molding machines and real-time monitoring of process parameters, increasing the yield rate to over 98.5%.
2025 - MES System Launched in Injection Workshop
The Anhui base is fully operational. The company's comprehensive daily production capacity exceeds 1.2 million pieces (based on Type-C shells), propelling its large-scale delivery capability to the forefront of the industry.
